NakshtraAI End User Agreement

This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("you" or "user") and NakshtraAI ("NakshtraAI", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the NakshtraAI website, web app, messaging channels (including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger), and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a channel, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. For reflection and entertainment only

NakshtraAI blends Vedic astrology, palmistry, numerology, and public data into readings, predictions, and match insights. These are for personal reflection and entertainment only.

• The Service is not professional advice of any kind. It is not, and must not be relied on as, legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, psychological, relationship, career, or immigration advice.
• Predictions are probabilistic and often hedged. They describe possibilities and timing tendencies, not certainties, and they are frequently wrong.
• Always seek a qualified, licensed professional before making important decisions about your health, finances, legal matters, relationships, or safety.
• You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outcomes based on your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
• You may add profiles for other people (for example a partner, friend, or child) only if you have their consent, or, for a child, if you are the parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for having the right to share any personal information you provide about others.
• You may not use the Service if we have previously banned you or if doing so would break any law that applies to you.

3. Your account and connected channels

• You may sign in with email and password or with Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn, and you may connect messaging channels such as WhatsApp and Messenger.
• NakshtraAI links your Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Messenger identities into a single account so your readings, history, and plan stay together. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected accounts secure and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@nakshtra.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive.
• Submit content that is profane, threatening, defamatory, or that promotes self-harm or harm to others.
• Attempt to obtain personalized professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or similar) and treat it as such.
• Impersonate any person, or add another person's details without their consent.
• Probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service, its security, or its rate limits, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission.

We screen inputs and outputs for abusive, hateful, or out-of-scope content and may refuse, filter, or moderate requests. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence and deterministic engines to generate readings, predictions, and match analyses.

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and may not reflect real events.
• Content about public figures and celebrities is generated for entertainment, is clearly labelled, and is not an endorsement by or affiliation with those individuals.
• We do not guarantee that any prediction, score, or reading is accurate, reliable, or fit for any purpose.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

• Some features are free within limits; others require a one-time purchase or a subscription. Current prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and are charged in your local currency where available.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay). Your purchase is also subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments and one-time purchases are non-refundable, and unused portions of a period are not refunded. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• We never store your full card details, and prices are always calculated on our servers — we do not honour client-supplied amounts.

7. Intellectual property

• The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by NakshtraAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use.
• You keep ownership of the personal information and content you submit. You grant us a licence to use it to operate, personalize, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as OAuth providers, Google, Facebook/Meta, Twilio (WhatsApp), payment processors, and mapping/geocoding providers. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the relevant third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept private, and never sold. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand what we collect and why.

10. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any reading or prediction will be accurate or reliable.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, NakshtraAI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
• Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you (for example, for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NakshtraAI harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or of the rights of another person, including people whose details you add.

13. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@nakshtra.ai or using in-app controls where available.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you break this Agreement, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to the Service and this Agreement

We may update the Service and this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Agreement.

15. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NakshtraAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Where permitted, disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction; where local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts, that right is preserved.
